We had Lucrezia Valeria assisting us. She was very friendly and engaging. She made us feel comfortable to ask any questions and took us through to see the Quartzite, Granite and Quartz. We took photos and she gave us samples to take home to the Bahamas to help us make a decision. We very much enjoyed our time with her. Thank you for your time. Colleen and Larry Lewis

My 1st experience at MSI was great. My CSR, Yamila Montecinos was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. She presented numerous options for my bathroom remodel and provided samples to take home. I would highly recommend MSI.

Forced to sign in through your phone, providing your phone number and a liability waiver with your information. I was taken to the slabs and advised that somebody would be with me shortly. An associate passed by with coffee and stared at me a few times. I saw the same guy passing by the front desk and looking through any open doors to chat with anybody else there. Lucky I had the time to wait around and read the reviews. Looks like their quartz quality and followup customer service is bad. I eventually walked away, told the girls up front maybe next time, and they cheerfully said thanks and bid me a good day. Lol at least they were cluelessly kind, but bullet dodged, be careful.

We were immediately acknowledged when we walked in the door and although they appeared busy, in a few minutes they sent someone to walk us into the slab area who was very professional,patient and knowledgeable, Very large variety of stones both manufactured and natural as well as styles to fit every budget, beautiful showroom, highly recommend visiting them.

MSI has a beautiful showroom, with very good prices and high quality stones. The communication with customer service is great. Especially Darshan, he is incredible, he is always willing to help us. We appreciate all the support that MSI & Darshan give us. We have a lot of customers who like MSI stones and we are happy to have this partnership with MSI. Diamond Blue.

This is the second time I have visited and purchased tile from MSI and they are once again great to do business with. The staff that welcomes and signs you in are super friendly and helpful. Once you’ve found a few choices they are quick to give you all the info you need, retrieve samples and simply make the whole experience of shopping there a pleasure. Everything I have picked so far has been in stock and in the sizes I needed. I see no reason why I would ever choose to shop for tile anywhere else.

Difficult to do business with. Not very Quick to be helpful. Great selection, the sales assistance while we were there was great. After we picked out what we wanted, coordinated with our Contractor, this is where it got complicated. Just not easy to do business with.
